Our restaurant’s menu includes tuna and mozuku seaweed harvested in Oma.
We also offer sticky kelp ramen with kelp harvested in Oma kneaded into the ramen noodles, and tsuruarame ramen with tsurarame seaweed kneaded into the noodles.
